Hala Bira Iloilo!

I don’t really have the time to write a proper blog post right now because I need to finish something for work and then wake up early to go to Bulacan (this week has been pretty hectic – I came home from Iloilo Sunday night and early the next morning, I found myself on a very bumpy ride to Batangas), but I couldn’t resist posting these photos from the Dinagyang Festival.

Definitely the best fiesta I’ve been to! I fell in love with the place, the food, the people, and the dancing – oh the dancing! The whole city was alive with the beat of the drums – it was exhilarating to be right smack in the middle of it.

GAH. I could go on and on about Iloilo, but I can’t right now. I need to work work work. I’ll finish everything I have to do and continue with this post. Hopefully before the end of this week. 🙂

Hala Bira!

  1. Back in 1969 the US Navy ship I was on was selected to be able to dock at Iloilo and have liberty there, I thoroughly enjoyed the people and their hospitality.

    1. Glad you enjoyed your stay. 🙂 I went there again last month with my family and we had a great time going around. You should think of coming back! Thanks for checking out my blog 😀
