There are only three reasons why I would get up insanely early: 1. I need to cram for a deadline, 2. I want to watch the sunrise, or 3. I have to go on a trip. Fortunately, this one fell under the last category.
I’ve had “Trek to Pinatubo” on my bucket list for the longest time, and I finally got to scratch it out when I joined this group trek, organized by Trail Adventours. Unfortunately, I ended up not sleeping at all (we had to be at the meeting place by 4am), and while that was not a very good idea, I have no regrets (just love).
I’ve been pretty busy the past couple of weeks, which is why I didn’t get the chance to post this sooner. It’s crazy how summer just whizzed by. I checked my calendar yesterday and was startled to see that it was already the middle of May. Where did all the time go? Anyway, I’ve got a couple more photos and write-ups I’d like to post, but for now I leave you with this set of photos from the trek.
If you want to learn more about Trail Adventours, check out their website and Facebook page. They have lots of other hikes you can join and their guides are super friendly and helpful. I’ve already joined three of their hikes and each one was an incredibly fun experience. 🙂
