This started out as just a sketch and then I decided to paint it with watercolor. It’s taking me weeks to complete it. It’s my first time to attempt something this detailed, but I’m pretty happy with how it’s turning out.

Wow! The portrait’s fantastic…and to think you’re doing it in watercolor which is a difficult medium to handle/master! Seeing how good you are at it….I guess you know when to lay off adding more washes otherwise the painting will get “muddy.” Can’t wait to see the finished painting. 🙂

Thank you, tito! Still learning that’s why it’s taking so long. But really enjoying watercolor! It’s so relaxing. Hope to finish it…soon. Haha!
